Project Summary:
The United States Technology Services Training Division provided training on all firm-supported desktop applications from basic computer skills to advanced web site development training. The training division integrated with Technology Support Services and provided one-on-one training interventions as needed. This high performing team required each trainer to be proficient on all 18 courses and able to teach them at a moment's notice. Before this division was dissolved due to a softening economy, the Chicago Metro region had the highest recovery and utilization rates in the United States.

Served a customer base of 7,000 Accenture employees.
Managed the Trainers Are Prepared team to oversee training skill development.
Taught 18 computer courses aimed at improving personal performance and efficiency.
Facilitated Job Enablement Training for Local Technology Services new hires.
Led Technology Orientation for all Chicago Metro new hires.
Taught executives to use software applications to streamline projects and increase efficiency.
Composed training calendar, sold/built consulting services and provided technology support.
