Project Summary:
The United States Technology Services Training Division provided training on all firm-supported desktop applications from basic computer skills to advanced web site development training. The training division integrated with Technology Support Services and provided one-on-one training interventions as needed. This high performing team required each trainer to be proficient on all 18 courses and able to teach them at a moment's notice. Before this division was dissolved due to a softening economy, the Chicago Metro region had the highest recovery and utilization rates in the United States.
