Project Summary:
Our task was to train nearly 30,000 baggage screeners at 426 US airports in less than one year. Our challenge was that each baggage screener was required to take more than 2 full weeks of training, and class sizes were kept to about 15 participants. This situation required flawless execution of every detail and creative solutions when needs changed or when problems were encountered. This experience proves that I am able to thrive in environments that require considerable physical strength and mental agility.
