My
Thoughts: As a trainer,
you open yourself up to failure. In most cases, that failure
happens in front of a sizable audience. My first lesson as a
trainer was to learn from my mistakes, and then laugh at them.
I've literally fallen on my face in class, mispoken and said
very strange things - but that is part of the game. Thankfully,
I had a team of people who were there to literally and figuratively
help each other up when we fell. This kind of support and care
allowed each of use to build relationships that fostered creativity
and trust, and helped our group become one of the most productive,
talked-about teams in training group.
