Thoughts:
I ensure comprehension and retention by actively involving learners
in the class. I ensure relevancy by asking participants for honest
feedback, for stories from their lives and try to apply this information
to the material at hand. Each class should ultimately empower
each learner and make them feel important, connected to information
from class and their co-workers. |
