As a technology and soft skills trainer, I spend a great deal of time researching newly released books, videos and training programs to keep my presentations fresh, accurate and worthy of your time and money. The list above is comprised of my favorite books and training course vendors.

Materials are selected according to the needs that must be addressed by you or your workplace. Materials are generally the most expensive part of training. If they are not a good fit, money is wasted, and more must be spent to get it right the second time. I choose to work with materials that are simple, timeless and inexpensive to minimize costs as much as possible.

All of these books can stand on their own, or be used in conjunction with each other or with books not mentioned here.
