John Hinds is one of the most talented, down-to-earth, exceptional people I have encountered based upon the numerous times I have participated in his various training sessions at Accenture. He raised the bar in terms of setting higher training standards, consistent in his pursuit of exceptional customer service, and was constantly building upon his amazing technical knowledge base no matter the type of training he facilitated. If he did not know the answer to a trainee's inquiry, he would not rest until he found the answer and communicated it to the trainee accordingly. I feel that John Hinds is a rare individual and an extremely valuable asset to Accenture's Training Group.

  My Thoughts: Customer service and training standards are two things I do not take lightly. I give my full attention to every customer, in and out of the classroom, and always work to find solutions to issues I cannot fully answer on the spot. As a trainer, I know that I need to stay ahead of my students, so I constantly read, study and create new approaches that keep my methods and knowledge current and captivating for each new set of learners.
