My Thoughts: After college, I quickly came to realize that work wasn't fun if I wasn't challenged. At Accenture, I was allowed to co-manage the Chicago technology training practice with four other trainers. This experience allowed me to use my strengths in marketing, scheduling and communication, and allowed me to work with some of the brightest minds in the technology sector. Everyday was a new and exciting challenge, and my experience at Accenture is the rule by which all subsequent employment has been measured.
