Project Summary:
The Training and Development team is responsible for the professional development of more than 9,000 university staff and faculty members. Their challenge is to reach as many employees with their programs while keeping costs to an absolute minimum. In less than one year's time, 15 computer courses were reorganized to increase useable information while reducing costs by 50%, a new brand was developed and marketed, course registrations were up and new work was pouring in.

     
 

Projects Managed:
Served a customer base of 9,000 university staff, affiliate and faculty members.
Taught 21 computer courses aimed at improving personal performance and efficiency.
Co-managed class registration processes, departmental catalog and web development.
Diagnosed individual skill gaps via personal assessment and proposed solutions.
Created the training calendar and sold/built consulting services to meet future needs.
Provided technology support and coaching to staff and faculty members as needed.
Designed three courses and completely reorganized 15 preexisting courses.
